First, make sure that you have web access through your service provider.
Verizon:
Press the up arrow to go to the web (openwave)
Press the right arrow to highlight "Favorites" (the Yellow Star), then press the center button to go there.
Use the down arrow to highlight "ADD FAVORITE" then use the center button to go there.
Use the down arrow to highlight the Name box. Name it whatever you want. We suggest simply using ezdispatch
Use the down arrow to highlight the Address(URL) box. Use the center button to select this box, and the right arrow to take you to the end of the text that is already there (http://)
To prepare for the next step, I recommend that you press the top right button on your keypad, and choose "1 abc" as the method of input. Now you will be able to enter special characters by repeatedly pressing 1 on your keypad (? is 1(4x), = is 1(33x), and & is 1(9x)
Make the box read: http://ezdispatch.com?u=YourUserName&p=YourPassword
When you have entered the above, press the center button to accept.
Use the arrow button to highlight the "Add" button, and use the center button to select it.
From now on, to access EZDispatch, press the up button to get on the web, choose "Favorites", and then highlight and select the favorite that you made above!
