First, make sure that you have web access through your service provider.
Verizon:
Press the left arrow to go to the web (openwave)
Press the right arrow to highlight "Favs" (the Yellow Star), then press the center button (OK) (OK) to go there.
Use the down arrow to highlight "ADD FAVORITE" then use the center button (OK) to go there.
Use the down arrow to highlight the Name box. Name it whatever you want. We suggest simply using ezdispatch
Use the down arrow to highlight the Address(URL) box. Use the center button (OK) to select this box, and the right arrow to take you to the end of the text that is already there (http://)
To enter some of the special characters in the next step (?=&), you will have to press the top right button on your keypad, and choose "2 Sym" and choose the correct character.
Make the box read: http://ezdispatch.com?u=YourUserName&p=YourPassword
When you have entered the above, press the center button (OK) to accept.
Use the arrow button to highlight the "Add" button, and use the center button (OK) to select it.
From now on, to access EZDispatch, press the left arrow button to get on the web, choose "Favs", and then highlight and select the favorite that you made above!
