Information on recovering a lost or forgotten login or password:

We cannot tell you what your password is. For security reasons, your password is stored using a one way encryption. This means that no one, not even an EZ Dispatch employee, can access your password. We take your data security very seriously.

If you place a lost username/password request, an E-Mail will be sent to the address in your profile. It will contain instructions on what to do to change your password. To make this request, you will either need to know your login name or the E-Mail address that is in your profile. If you don't know either, you will need to call support at 619-889-1589
